  1. Customer must have existing characters in Muren server. Service is only available in Muren.

  3. Character to be rebirthed must be lvl 400.

Character Move

Move your character from one account to another within the same server!

Conditions:

  1. Character can only be moved within the same server.
    Kailangang ang account na paglilipatan ng inyong character ay nasa parehong server.
  2. Character can only be transferred if the recipient account has a free slot.
    Kailangang meron libre na character slot ng account na paglilipatan.
  3. Customer must have 350 ePoints.
    Siguraduhing may 350 ePoints sa inyong account.
  4. All equipped items and inventory items will be moved.
    Malilipat lahat ng gamit na nasa character.
  5. Customer must NOT be logged in when reset is executed.
    Mag-log out muna kung magpapa-Character Move. Hindi magtutuloy ang transaction kung kayo ay naka-log in.
  6. Account must have clean slate. Client must have no BAN record in the last 3 months. Must also not be in Watch List.
    Ang inyong account ay kailangang malinis ang record sa Mobius. Kailangang hindi kayo na-Ban sa huling tatlong buwan ng inyong paglalaro o na-report ng ilang beses na nang-scam o nang-hack.

Amnesty Program

Pilot got you banned? Your beloved character imprisoned for life due to one moment of weakness? Here's you chance to make amends! Avail of the MU AMNESTY Program and be free to play your character once again!

Conditions:

  1. Customer must have correct ePoints in account. ePoint amount to be subtracted must be identified via amount of time the account was banned. (Refer to table below).
  2. Customer must ePasa the ePoints required if and only if he/she has received an email from the GM recovery team clearing his account for bail
  3. Customer must reply to the said email after paying for the service to confirm the transaction.
  4. The mobiusgames GM/Recovery Team has the right to refuse the service depending on the gravity of the offense which the account was banned for.
  5. Customer's account should be currently banned at the time he/she avails the service. Amnesty service requests of unbanned accounts will not be processed and the account will be banned for five (5) days for false reporting.

Vault Retrieval

Were you unprepared for the Titan-Bahr-Ion merge? Did you leave your most valuable items in your vault? Now, you can either have your Bahr or your Ion vault restored and the items returned to you.

Conditions:

  1. You must have your current Tarh vault cleared as your retrieved vault will OVERWRITE your current one.
    Ang inyong Vault sa Tahr ay kinakailangang malinis upang hindi ma-OVERWRITE ang mga kasalukuyang nilalaman nito
  2. This service can only be used ONCE per user so choose carefully. Maari lamang gamitin ang serbisyong ito nang ISANG BESES kada USER. Pinapaalalahanan na mag-ingat sa pagpili.
  3. The Bahr or Ion vault to be retrieved is tied to the username before the merge.
    Ang VAULT na manggagaling sa BAHR o ION ay kunektado sa USERNAME bago naganap ang MERGE.
  4. This service requires you to have 350 ePoints in your account to retrieve your Bahr vault. Ion vault retrieval is free. Kinakaailangan na may 350 ePoints sa inyong ACCOUNT upang maibalik ang inyong VAULT mula sa BAHR. Ang mga VAULT mula sa ION ay maibabalik nang libre.
  5. You must be logged off to use this service.
    Kinakailangan na kayo ay HINDI NAKA-LOGIN upang magamit ang serbisyong ito.

Resurrection

Was your MU account inactive and not logged into in 2008 and subsequently purged of its characters? You can resurrect your deleted characters and use them again in Tarh server. This service will only apply to Titan, Bahr and Ion characters.

Conditions:

  1. You must have the current Tarh character line up empty. This service will OVERWRITE your existing Tarh characters.
  2. This service can only be used ONCE per user so choose carefully.
  3. This service is only useable by accounts that were not logged in in 2008 and were subsequently purged of all characters during the server merge in September 3, 2008. Only Titan, Bahr or Ion characters can be restored.
  4. This service will not restore the vaults of Bahr and Ion. Please see the Vault Retrieval service for that purpose.
  5. You will be prompted to choose which server to restore its characters so choose carefully.
  6. You must be logged out of the game to use this service.
  7. Restored character names may not be completely the same from before.
  8. This service requires that you have 50 EPoints in your account.

You may start resurrecting your game characters on March 9, 2009.
