Case classification and conditions for release:

1. Type A (Account is not allowed to apply for MU Amnesty)
   1. Mobiusonline/ePoints account hacking
   2. Mobiusonline/ePoints bug exploitation
2. Type B (Account may apply for MU Amnesty and has been banned for at least 2 years) = 2,500 ePoints needed for release
   1. MU Online Philippines massive item duplication (5 or more items duplicated; includes storage and accomplice accounts)
      1. Item Wipe - account will be subjected to a total item wipe.
      2. MU Plus Premium Service - account cannot avail any MU Plus Premium Service until 5 months after release
      3. Probation Conditions - account must not be involved in any form of player violation until 5 months after release
      4. MU Item Recovery - account cannot avail of the free item recovery service until 3 months after release.
   2. MU Online Philippines client alteration (ex. Icarus map alteration)
      1. Item Wipe - account will be subjected to a total item wipe.
      2. MU Plus Premium Service - account cannot avail any MU Plus Premium Service until 2 months after release
      3. Probation Conditions - account must not be involved in any form of player violation until 2 months after release
      4. MU Item Recovery - account cannot avail of the free item recovery service until 2 months after release.
   3. MU Online Self-Hacking/Staged Hacking Cases
      1. Item Wipe - account will be subjected to a total item wipe.
      2. MU Plus Premium Service - account cannot avail any MU Plus Premium Service until 2 months after release
      3. Probation Conditions - account must not be involved in any form of player violation until 2 months after release
      4. MU Item Recovery - account cannot avail of the free item recovery service until 2 months after release.
3. Type C (Account may apply for MU Amnesty. Conditions and Limitations may apply) = 1,500 ePoints needed for release
   1. MU Online Philippines minimal item duplication (1-4 items duplicated; includes storage and accomplice accounts)
      1. Must have served an account ban for more than 1 year.
      2. Item Wipe - account will be subjected to a total item wipe.
      3. MU Plus Premium Service - account cannot avail any MU Plus Premium Service until 3 months after release
      4. Probation Conditions - account must not be involved in any form of player violation until 3 months after release
      5. MU Item Recovery - account cannot avail of the free item recovery service until 3 months after release.
   2. MU Online Philippines 3rd party program usage (1-hit hack/speed hack)
      1. MU Plus Premium Service Ð account cannot avail any MU Plus Premium Service until 1 month after release
      2. Probation Conditions Ð account must not be involved in any form of player violation until 1 month after release
      3. MU Item Recovery Ð account cannot avail of the free item recovery service until 1 month after release.
   3. MU Online Philippines account hacking (serving permanent account ban)
      1. Must have served an account ban for 30 days.
      2. MU Plus Premium Service - account cannot avail any MU Plus Premium Service until 1 month after release
      3. Probation Conditions - account must not be involved in any form of player violation until 1 month after release and should not be involved in any form of hack case again ever.
      4. MU Item Recovery - account cannot avail of the free item recovery service until 1 month after release.
      5. Illegal Items - hacked items and items bought using hacked items will be deleted from the account

Service Conditions:

1. mobius has the right to change the policies, conditions and limitations of this premium service without prior notice.
2. mobius has the right to allow or reject service requests.
3. Failure to comply with the Probation Conditions will merit a permanent account ban and the account can no longer avail the amnesty program service again.
4. Request acquisition and start of deliberation may take 1-2 days after request submission. Case deliberation and request status report may take 3-5 days. Please regularly check your emails for a reply from the Recovery team.
5. Accounts that have been deleted due to the Titan migration will not be able to avail of the service.
6. Customer's account should be currently banned at the time he/she avails the service. Amnesty service requests of unbanned accounts will not be processed and the account will be banned for five (5) days for false reporting.

Next Steps:

Step 2:
Click the submit button and an email will be sent to the MU recovery queue.

Step 3:
The GM Recovery team will process the request. They will send an email to the customer as to the status of the request.

Step 4:
If cleared for bail, the customer must then ePasa the required payment to account name: muplus for bail and reply to the GM Recovery mail to confirm the payment.

Step 5:
The GM Recovery team will then check the payment and release the account.
