The Mobius Games Click2Call a GM service is aimed at those players who wish to be treated as a VIP priority for support. We've determined that there are many fans out there who need support sooner, so we have made a GM team available for their needs.

Although still in its Beta Stage, Click2Call a GM service will initially open up service channels for basic account recovery and support services. You can easily avail of these basic packages by filling out the order form and waiting for your click2call confirmation email for your appointed schedule to finally be able to talk to a qualified GM to assist you in your enquiries.

Basic support services will initially run at 50ePoints per 10 minute transaction. So take full advantage of clarifying your request before you hop online with our GM's.

  • SQ&A (Secret Question and Answer) Verification / Change - Questions related to changing or retrieving information regarding SQ&A
  • Case Report Followup - Generic requests containing inquiries on report status, hack case investigation status, etc
  • Top Up Errors - Inquiries resulting to system errors resulting in top up errors or purchase related errors on mobiusonline

For only 400 ePoints we will investigate and resolve any hack report issues and restore any lost item.

  • Click2Call is a paid service. If you proceed, you will be charged ePoints for every submitted request.
  • Each Click2Call service will only handle one issue. Multiple issues will not be addressed.
  • Only the services indicated are available for Click2Call.
  • Additional charges apply for other extended services.
  • You must have a headset, microphone and broadband connection to avail of the Click2Call premium service.
  • Although you can select your preferred time, we will email you on the time and conference room that is available for you.
  • A Click2Call Agents will meet you at the conference room. If you fail to meet us on the schedule, we will email you of the next available time. However, an additional 10 ePoints will be added to your service.
  • For unresolved cases, we will only refund 40 ePoints for the basic charge, or we will keep 10 ePoints for other charges.
  • Refund will not be available for customers providing fraudulent accounts or attempting to own other people's account.
  • All refunds will be in ePoints and not convertible to cash.
  • Transactions made outside the official venues are not supported.
