Walk-in office visits by players in order to discuss account-related concerns are highly discouraged. mobiusgames will only entertain players whom we specifically scheduled for an appointment to clarify pending cases. mobiusgames retains the right to schedule appointments and will not accept phone calls requesting meetings or follow-ups.
