  • What is Express Checkout?

    Express Checkout is just another innovative way we here at mobius strive to make your life easier. Get and purchase ePINs for your desired products faster than ever before with Express Checkout's simplified steps, near instant retrieval and all on one-page interface.

  • Who can use Express Checkout?

    Non-member guests on mobius will see Express Checkout buttons everywhere (product pages, homepage, etc.) and can use Express Checkout to purchase ePIN products on mobius without signing up or logging in.

    Mobius members can also use Express Checkout on the homepage to quickly search for and obtain their desired ePINs without having to wade through pages and pages of mobius products.

  • Where can I find Express Checkout?

    At the top of the homepage will be a big green banner linking you to the Express Checkout page where you can search and make purchases without going to any other page. It's all in one place.

    Express Checkout buttons will also be seen on product pages when not logged into your mobius account. No time to log in? Just grab what you need and go.

  • Why would I want to use Express Checkout?

    If you're in a public place and in a rush, don't feel pressured to log in. With Express Checkout, get what you need quickly without worrying about accidentally leaving your account open on a public computer and susceptible to hackers. Express Checkout is easy and reliable.

  • What are some other features of Express Checkout?

    Refresh Save: If for some reason you accidentally refresh your browser window or leave the page, when you return to Express Checkout you'll have all the details you already filled out saved. You won't lose anything and can pick up where you left off.

    Product Switch: Member accounts can change the product they wish to purchase after having topped up in Express Checkout, allowing you flexibility in case you change your mind and want something else.

  • What are the payment options?

    Top-up using your mobius ePoints cards and ePINs, or through your Globe or Smart mobiles.

  • I'm not a mobius member, how can I get my change if I didn't use all my mobius ePoints?

    When you make a purchase as a non-member, you'll be given a redemption code in addition to your purchase. Save this code and register for a new mobius account. Once registered, go to "Manage Account" and then "Anonymous Top-up Change," and enter your redemption code. Your change will be automatically placed in your account for you to use.
