How to login to the Support Page

  1. Go to Customer Support (www.mobiusonline.net/support)
  2. Click on the Support Center Box (make sure that your registered email address is validated)
  3. If your email address is validated, this will direct you to the Support Center
  4. If your email address is not validated this will direct you to the Email Validation page, you will be asked to validate your email address
    1. If the email address on the email field is still active. Click on submit
    2. If the email address on the email field is no longer active. Type in the new email address and click on submit.
  5. After completing email validation this will allow you to enter the support page. Go to Customer Support and Click on the Support Center Box. This will direct you to the Support Center

A Ticket is like sending an email only better because a ticket gives you a reference number that helps you track your concern.

A ticket is a set of numbers that is used to track the information sent to the game support staff. A ticket helps the game support staff and other personnel who will be working on the request or inquiry.

 

What is a Ticket Type?

A ticket type helps define the ticket or the problem/issue. This also helps our Game Support Staff.

 

What is a Ticket Type Detail?

A ticket type detail is a sub category of Ticket Type. This helps further define the problem or issue.

How to Submit a Ticket

  1. Login to mobiusonline support page.
  2. Click on Submit a ticket.
  3. Fill out the Ticket form.
  4. You may or may not check the Email notification box (this will send a notification in your registered email).
  5. You may also preview the information you're about to send.
  6. If you are ready to send your Inquiry click on finish.
  7. You will be given a Tracking number for the ticket that you have submitted. This tracking number will help you track the status of your ticket in My Support.

What is My Support?

My Support is where all your filed tickets are located. This allows you to search for your tickets; view its status and reply to those tickets. A Ticket Status Legend is provided at the bottom page to guide you with the status of your tickets.

How do I use My Support?

All you need to do is to click on the ticket number to view the full information regarding your ticket.
